850W Black Edition PSU pixelized Graphics card maker XFX is apparently going into PSU business, and guys from Legit Reviews managed to get some renderings of XFX’s upcoming 850W Black Edition PSU. The new XFX 850W Black Edition modular power supply unit has a single +12V rail with 70Amps, efficiency of up to 88% with 80Plus Silver certification, and support for multi-GPU setups. XFX’s PSU has quite an interesting design and it will follow XFX’s recognizable black/green design theme. According to the leaked slides, the new XFX Black Edition PSU will also feature 105°C Japanese brand capacitors, solid polymer caps, and +/-3% voltage regulation. The modular connections should be enough for four PCI-Express 6+2-pin connectors, 11 SATA and eight Molex connectors. The entire PSU will be cooled by a bottom placed 135mm ball bearing fan. The new XFX PSU should be shown at Computex, while the price or the availability date has not been revealed.
